Compete against the best athletes from across the nation. The Finals combine strength, agility, speed and endurance to make up the ultimate fitness event. Whether you are participating  in the Competitive Division for the chance to take home the grand prize or competing in the Open Division, challenge yourself and Rise Above!


Show off your skills and compete against the nation to earn your place in the top 50 and reserve your spot in the Finals.


Grab three friends and create a male, female or coed team to Rise Above the competition! The top 20 teams in each Male/Female/Coed division qualify for the Finals and top 5 from each Masters division.


Don’t pass up your chance to call yourself a champion. The top 10 men and women over 40 years of age will be invited to compete at the Finals.


Experience the Finals even if you are not a finalist. Anyone who competed in the Prelims is invited to participate and test themselves at the Finals.

Who is invited to compete in the Finals?

Everyone is invited to participate in the Finals! We will offer an Open and Competitive Division. The Open Division will consist of anyone wanting to participate in the Finals  by competing in the Obstacle Course and the Endurance Run.

The Competitive Division will feature competitors who qualified from the prelims. Each athlete will receive an invitation to register and the opportunity to compete for over $19,000.

What events can I expect to see at the Finals?

The Finals events will test competitor’s overall athleticism. The four events represent the four week cycle featured at Camp Gladiator.

Competitive Division

  • Endurance – 2 mile trail run.  Teams will run with a sand bell. Individuals will run without a weight.
  • Functional –  A 400 yard challenge consisting of different functional movements such as burpees, sand bell toss, shuttle run, backpedal, and bear crawl.
  • Interval – A combine event with 4 different challenges measuring explosive power. This event will feature a sprint, pull, push, and lift event.
  • Metabolic Conditioning – Participants will climb, crawl, carry, run and jump their way through the famous CG Obstacle Course.

Open Division 

  • Endurance – 2 mile trail run.
  • Metabolic Conditioning – Participants will climb, crawl, carry, run and jump their way through the famous CG Obstacle Course.

*Open Division will not be chip timed

When is the competitive division bag pick up?

Bag pick up will be the week of the Finals. Specific details will be released leading up to the Finals!

What prizes do the winners receive?

The top team in each division and top individual men and women in each division will receive a prize pack from our sponsors in addition to the cash prize. Competitive division will be announced soon!

What do I bring on event day?

  • Extra change of clothes and shoes to change into after the event and for inclement weather
  • Athletic gloves
  • Water bottle
  • Light snacks
  • Racing bib and timing chip
  • Extra pair of socks

Is there an awards ceremony?

We will have an awards ceremony immediately following the final event.

How much does it cost to compete in the finals?

All Preliminary Round Participants are invited to compete in the Open Division for FREE. If you missed the Preliminary Round and would still like to participate in the Open Division, you can register for $30.

The Competitive Division is by invite only and includes the following:

  • Compete for over $19,000 in cash and prizes
  • Chip Timing
  • Finalist T-Shirt
  • Swag Bag

Individual Registration: $99 per person

Team Registration: $200 per team
